Frequently asked questions
As beautiful as they are, I do not suggest storing any of the resin pieces outside. The entire piece is not weather proof, and all epoxy resin will eventually yellow over time if exposed to direct sunlight over a long period of time. UV protection has been added to the pieces but please advise to keep pieces out of direct sunlight.
The trays are more for a decorative purpose and should be used in that manner. As I tell anyone who purchases decorative items such as charcuterie boards, I would not place any food that is going to be consumed directly on the cured resin. If that is unavoidable then I would suggest some sort of parchment paper or wax paper under the food. I just like to be safe, epoxy resin cures to a plastic finish.
Due to the nature of handmade resin art, slight imperfections such as faint scratches, small bubbles, or surface variations may be present. These are normal characteristics of handcrafted work and should be expected. I do my best to minimize them and will never sell a piece with flaws that compromise its quality or structure.
That's what makes them special. These small details are a natural part of the creative process and are what make every piece truly one of a kind, they simply tell the story of something made by human hands.
